Jaya Tripathi

Past credits include Medea in Euripides’ Medea, one of Shakespeare's iconic witches in Macbeth, and Suleika in Abu Casem’s Slippers with the Strindberg Repertory Theatre. Most recently, she starred in Tongue in Cheek Theater's production of Recent Tragic Events. 

 

After several years as a human rights professional working in over 20 countries, Jaya found a new joy in performing and trained at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, The Deborah Kym Studio, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Jaya holds degrees from Stanford University and Columbia University, and lives in Manhattan.
